We guarantee your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please return it for a full refund or credit. We will also refund return shipping costs.
Shipping Policy
We presently cannot accept orders for shipping outside the United States. When you place an order, you will recived an e-mail confirmation. Usually, items are shipped within three (3) business days. When your item has been shipped, you will again be notified by e-mail and given a tracking number for your package. If we anticipate a shipping delay for any reason, you will be notified by e-mail immediately. Your credit card will not be charged until your item(s) are shipped.
$3.00 shipping & handling will be charged for all orders sent to a single address. Orders will be shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Once shipped, your order should arrive within 2 to 3 business days. We accept debit or credit cards underwritten by Visa or MasterCard. Transmission of your credit card information is secure. However, if you perfer, you may call us at (908) 236-9272 or fax us at (908) 236-2103 with your credit card information. Additionally, if you wish to use another method of payment, personal check or money order, please call. Six percent (6%) sales tax will be added for New Jersey residents.
Return Policy
Please notify us by e-mail sales@quicksilver-jewelry.com of your intent to return an item within 14 days of receipt by you. Upon our receipt of the item, a full credit for the cost of the item (including shipping charges) will be issued to your credit card account. We will send you an e-mail confirmation.
